Correctly stops looking after an `--` argument terminator.

## API

### hasFlag(flag, [argv])

Returns a boolean for whether the flag exists.

#### flag

Type: `string`

CLI flag to look for. The `--` prefix is optional.

#### argv

Type: `string[]`<br>
Default: `process.argv`
